What is a wipelist?
FIRST OF ALL DONT PANIC!
All heavily modded servers must wipe, especially high population servers. Despite doing manual cleanups both in game behind the scenes, over time the excessive data builds up and we have no choice but to wipe the server.
However, our server is a little different than most servers in that we let our players carry over a lot of their items from wipe to wipe. With all of the mods we have implemented, we try to give the players somewhat of an MMO feel with their character progression, so it only seems fair to let them keep these items they have worked so hard for.
You get to keep a lot of your hard earned items!
Doing wipes this way does create a lot more work for us as a team, but we feel that its worth it considering the time our players have put in to their characters and we want to reward them for their continued loyalty to the servers.
Below you will find detailed instructions on how to create your wipelist. It’s a lot, but don’t get overwhelmed, we are happy to answer any questions you may have!

To take screenshots for your wipelist you can use your windows key + shift + s and then use ctrl + v directly into the dms of the admin who you are submitting your wipelist to.
Please ONLY send individual screenshots of your dungeon weapons or if you need to show proof you have all factions, magic or professions. Please try to keep your screenshots minimal.
1 screenshot with everything that you put on your wipelist in your inventory,
1 screenshot of each of your dungeon weapons to show proof of their dmg
2-3 screenshots if you need to show proof you have all factions/subfactions, all magic or all professions.

FAQs regarding wipelists:
1. Once we bring the new server up, the old server will continue to stay up for at least a week for people who cant get on to do their wipe list right away.
2. If you have any lightsabers, regardless of how you got them, they can come over in your VIP list. Darksabers may be included on your VIP list. Same goes for flying shapeshifts, shoulder pets and chibi cats.
3. Thralls and Thrall Tokens must go on your 12 item list. Thrall Tokens can stack, thralls can not.
4. Pets count as one of your 12 items unless you are VIP, they can go on the VIP list.
6. If you have all factions AND subfactions, provide proof and we will turn them into a all faction token which is an eternity item.
7. If you have all magics unlocked AND they are tier 5, provide proof and we will turn them into an all magic token, which is also an eternity item. (does not include soul)
8. If you have all professions unlocked, we will give you an unlock all profession token as long as you provide screenshot proof, also eternity.
9. You can bring over Custom Dungeon weapons but you must provide proof of their boosted stats in a screenshot. Our custom dungeon weapons MUST go on your 12 item list.
10. If you have a stack of 20k iron bars you want to bring over, they only count as 1 slot, not to exceed 20k per item type and they must be a stackable item. Also, your items may not exceed player/chest inventory limit.
11. You may bring over weapons, armor and tools with enhancement kits on them, but you must specify which kit it has next to the item on your list i.e. Kronyxium Pick (w/ Natural Harvest)
12. Ascension titles do carry over between wipes. Ascensions do not. You must level again. Unless you Reincarnate, then you get 1 free ascension per reincarnation. To Learn about Reincarnation follow this link: https://www.sanctumofcthulhu.com/reincarnation
13. Decor Limit Permits will need to be repurchased on the new server.
14. Please follow the format posted above when turning in your wipelist to Lucky.
15. You can not carry aura feats over, but the aura recipe can count as one of your 12 items.
16. If you want EEWA gems leveled other than your 2 free gems, you must put them on your 12 item list. If you list them in your vip slots they will be lvl 1.
17. You may not bring over any items you did not earn yourself. You may not bring over any VIP items that you did not pay for yourself. (unless a friend purchased your VIP for you)
18. Any feats that were purchased with Cthulhu Loyalty Tokens will be lost, you will have to save up tokens and purchase them again.
19. If you want to bring an additional set of armor, its 1 slot per armor piece.
20. If you want to keep Magic Carpets, Brooms or Flying Nimbus they must go on your 12 items list. Base VIP will get their flying broom in /kit.
21. You can list up to 20k arrows even though they take up more than 1 slot per stack they will only count as 1 slot.
22. We will have an NPC in the Event Prize office in the hub that will accept the following items to be converted into 1 item that can not stack and will take up 1 slot on your list per bundle. They are called either a t2 startup bundle or t3 startup bundle.

23. Yes, if you are a returning player you can use a wipelist from a previous wipe as long as we still have it on file and its been approved.
24. If you have been playing on the server for 1 year you get an extra slot (so 13 items). If you have played on the server for 2 years you get 2 extra slots (so 14 items total) and 3 for 3 years.
25. Admin Augment 999 scrolls and Mythic Damage and Penetration kits are banned from wipelists. You can bring over a weapon that has one on it, but you must provide screenshot proof of boosted damage.
26. Once you have turned in your wipelist and it has been approved by an admin on discord AND you have logged in to the old server and turned in your wipelist items to an admin, you may collect your items on the new server.

28. Crown Coins: Max stack size for any item on your wipelist is 20k, so in order to bring more than 20k Crown Coins on your wipelist, you must first convert them to AOC Gold Coins with the Conversion NPC we have placed in the Coin Exchange at the Hub. Convert 12,500 to 1 AOC Gold Coin to be able to carry over more than 20k Crown Coins.
